DM Teams and Ticket Sales Info

Welcome adventurers to another exciting year for the DnD Fest. This will be 2nd year of “The Chronicles of The Forest Inn” and the 10th year of the Festival!

Ticket Sales Details:

  • Price: Tickets are $225 per player.

  • How: Tickets can be purchased as a full party, partial party, or by solo adventurers.

  • Party Size: Maximum party size is 6 members.

  • Included: Tickets give you access to the event from Thursday to Sunday. Food will be catered by Gridirne Cookery starting Friday with dinner all the way to Sunday lunch. 5 meals total. There are a total of 4 games approximately 4-5hours long during the weekend. Entertainment like bands and activities will be present (I will announce these before the end of March).

Important Notes:

  • Team Purchases Are Prioritized: We strongly recommend organizing your group ahead of time to ensure your spot on your desired team. Full-party purchases will be processed before partial or solo purchases.

  • If purchasing as a party, please try to buy all tickets for your group in one transaction. If paying separate but joining a party still include the names of your teammates.

  • Refunds will be allowed until August 1st, after that you can only transfer tickets.

  • This is a 21+ event. We do not sale alcohol but you are permitted to bring your own.
