DnD Fest 2025 Menu!

Attention DnD Fest Attendees!

We are locked in with the menu this year.

  • If you did not receive a text from me today, then I don’t have you listed as a vegetarian for the meals and you will receive a carnivore meal…be sure to tell me ASAP if you did not receive a text.

  • Once you commit to being a vegetarian, you cannot switch between meals, as we need to provide a final count to the caterer.

  • To ensure everyone has a fair chance at meals, vegetarians will be served first. (This helps prevent the risk of running out of vegetarian options.)

  • Please note, vegan or other special meal options are not available.

ALSO: There is a slightly different process for lunch this year.

  • We are doing boxed lunches, brought out to your gaming area around noon each day. (Check menu below)

  • AT REGISTRATION (or simply text me ahead of time and I will complete a form for you), you need to fill out a ‘toppings and drink slip’ for Saturday and Sunday.

    • Vegetarians don’t have toppings for Saturday but we need a slip with your food/drink on it anyway!

    • Each Form will be the color of your Team

  • The meal will be put in a plastic container with your slip taped on top (which will have your name, team, and party).

  • The meals and drinks will be delivered to a table by your playing area, separated by party, so when you party is ready to eat, you just grab the meal with your name on it eat.

  • If you want additional drinks, they will be available in the pavilion in the large coolers

  • Put the used container on the table when you are done…easy peasy.
