DnD FEST UPDATE – Attendee Checklist Camping & Parking Info

We are less than a couple of weeks away from DnD Fest! Please review this information carefully so you are ready for an amazing weekend. More updates will follow soon.

✅ Attendee Checklist

Before You Arrive

  • Print your character sheet from D&D Beyond and bring it with you along with a backup. Do not expect to use your online access during the event! Go do it now before you forget! – no hard copies will be provided at registration.

  • Bring your own dice, a paper notebook, and pens/pencils for notes. (Dice and Journals are available for purchase too!)

  • A binder or folder is recommended for organizing your character sheet, magic cards, and handouts. We will have a folder, but a cool players binder is available in the shop too! :)

  • Plan to carpool if possible – parking is tight!

  • Review parking instructions:

    • General parking: The drive is in a ‘circle (see picture). Use the circle and the main drive coming in for parking. If on the drive, park on the south side as close to the weeds (in the weeds) as you can as the drive is narrow side of the drive and designated spots.

    • Weekend stayers: Please consider parking in the ‘yellow zone if you aren’t planning on leaving. This area will be blocked for thru-traffic on Saturday afternoon during axe throwing.

    • Staff: dedicated staff parking area.

At Registration

  • Sign in upon arrival.

  • Complete lunch forms for Saturday and Sunday — this ensures you get the meal you want.

  • Pick up your player packet, which includes:

    • Character folder

    • Gold coins

    • Plastic sleeve for magic item cards

    • Parking pass

During the Event

  • Meals:

    • Lunches will be delivered to your play area. DMs will coordinate breaks, and containers should be stacked on your team table once finished.

    • Breakfasts and dinners are served inside the Forest Inn.

  • Magic Items: All magic is issued as cards. Keep them with your character sheet for fairness across parties and teams.

  • Respect the parking restrictions Saturday afternoon during axe throwing (west drive blocked for ~4 hours).

End of Event

  • At closing, return your folder with coins, character sheets, and magic cards so staff can update records in D&D Beyond.
